1. System Requirements

Before purchasing, please ensure your computer meets our minimum system requirements to run the local AI models efficiently:

• OS: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
• Processor: Modern multi-core CPU (Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or better)
• Memory: 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB highly recommended)
• Storage: 5 GB free space (SSD strongly recommended)
• Internet: Required ONLY for initial license activation and the one-time AI model download. 100% offline thereafter.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Weaver does not work on your computer, runs too slowly due to hardware limitations, or you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reply to your original purchase receipt email or contact us directly at support@weaverapp.co.za with your order number and License Key.

4. What Happens After a Refund?

Once your refund is processed, your License Key will be permanently deactivated. The software will revert to a locked state and will no longer function.
